OUR GOALS: 2020
Support anti-crime activities with local authorities.
- Preserve and enhance the value of property and improve the
quality of life in our neighborhood.- Communicate with our members and neighbors using general
meetings, newsletters and flyers.- Thoughtfully consider all suggestions made by the homeowners.
- Get the tower repaired and clock working
- Get the columns painted along with tower
- Get the violations and fines introduced and in rotation
- Getting surveillance cameras installed in the newer part of Tuscany
Homeowners Association
The HOA constantly works toward making the above mentioned goals happen as quickly as possible. We have accomplished the following enhancements:
- Landscaping has been completed to the Entrance of our subdivision. The irrigation repair had to be completed before this project could start.
- Lake fountain has been repaired and treatment has been completed.
- lock in the tower has been repaired.
