Parking in the street overnight is prohibited and listed in the CC&R's/Rules for the HOA. Fines and violations are now in effect.
* Parents please be mindful of children playing in the neighbors yards.
*Residents have spotted coyotes walking around neighborhood, please be safe and call animal control if spotted.
Dues letters have been sent out. We understand that some of the dues may be incorrect or not updated. Please be patient as it has been an overwhelming response. We will get back to everyone.
We have residents reporting break ins in vehicles. Please lock your car doors and home doors to help prevent this from happening. Stay safe
